The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) is responsible for aligning, integrating, and maximizing all revenue sources at Pasos al Exito (PAE), ensuring sustainable and profitable growth. Their objective is to ensure that the areas of sales, marketing, customer retention, and market expansion work under a unified strategy for value generation and conversion, optimizing revenue streams from acquisition through customer loyalty. The CRO is responsible for overseeing all revenue-generating activities within PAE.
The CRO analyzes market trends, develops competitive strategies, and collaborates with various areas to optimize pricing, product development, and customer satisfaction.

Position Details
Essential Tasks
- Manage and coordinate all revenue-generating activities of the company.
- Design and implement the comprehensive short, medium, and long-term revenue growth strategy.
- Work with the productive area to identify new business opportunities, markets, and product or service lines.
- Align sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success teams under a single revenue funnel.
- Monitor key metrics for acquisition, conversion, retention, and all related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the complete customer experience, from acquisition through renewal or repurchase.
- Increase Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and reduce churn rate.
- Work with operational and financial areas on pricing strategies, monetization, margins, and subscription or scaling models.
- Collaborate with operations, finance, product management, marketing, sales teams, pricing strategies, and business models.
- Oversee existing sales channels and partnerships.
- Live the PAE mission, vision, and values.
Qualifications & Skills
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related fields (MBA desirable)
- 8+ years of experience in commercial or growth positions
- Mastery of sales metrics, digital marketing, revenue operations (RevOps), and retention
- Proven experience in executive leadership, strategic planning, and commercial execution
- Negotiation, influence, and systems thinking skills
