Product and Delivery Manager (CPXO)

The Chief Product and Delivery Officer (CPXO) and Fractional Coach and Consultant is the executive leader at Pasos al Exito (PAE) and is responsible for ensuring the successful, efficient, and scalable delivery of the company’s products and services, ensuring that agreements and contracts are fulfilled on time, within cost, with quality and customer satisfaction. Their role connects commercial strategy with operational execution, guaranteeing a consistent and excellent experience for customers. At PAE, the CPXO leads the area of production and innovation of products, events, and customer experience. They oversee and ensure quality control of the total product delivery. Additionally, as a Fractional Coach and Consultant for PAE, the CPXO contributes to building new areas within PAE to strategically support management and the team in the design, implementation, and maturation of these areas.

Position Details

Essential Tasks

  • Manage service delivery: Oversee the execution of products and agreements to meet SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and customer expectations.
  • Standardize quality: Design and maintain frameworks, methodologies, and delivery processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Innovate and scale: Implement continuous improvements and technologies that facilitate product innovation and delivery capacity growth.
  • Align product and experience with sales, marketing, and operations: Coordinate with teams to ensure realistic and sustainable promises to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic customer relationships: Ensure effective communication with key customers throughout the delivery cycle, resolving critical incidents
  • Resource management: Optimize the allocation of personnel, budget, and technological tools to maximize profitability and effectiveness
  • Risk management: Identify risks in agreement delivery and establish proactive mitigation plans
  • Live the PAE mission, vision, and values

Qualifications & Skills

  • 10+ Years of experience in the field and industry
  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in areas such as: Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related fields
  • Master’s/MBA in Business Management or fields (desirable)
  • Desirable: Lean Six Sigma (for efficiency and continuous improvement), Agile/Scrum Master (for companies with agile frameworks)
