Some key responsibilities include setting and achieving sales objectives, leading and coaching the sales team, optimizing sales processes, managing customer relationships and key accounts, and analyzing sales performance and market trends. With a focus on optimizing sales processes and maximizing revenue generation, the CSO uses tools such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to manage interactions, analyze sales data, and identify growth opportunities.

Position Details

Essential Tasks

  • Design and execute the sales strategy.
  • Set and achieve sales goals – Daily reports to MP.
  • Lead and manage the sales team: Motivate, train, hire, and retain a high-performing sales team.
  • Optimize sales processes and tools: Improve workflows and use technology to maximize efficiency.
  • Strengthen strategic relationships with Millionaires in 1-on-1 settings and act as brand ambassador at events and workshops.
  • Communicate to Carolina any new sales strategies or any changes.
  • Monitor competition: Identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities in competitors’ strategies to anticipate moves and maintain market advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Implement monitoring systems: Establish systems to track and analyze key performance metrics in real-time, such as sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue growth
  • Leverage technological tools: Automate repetitive tasks and empower sales representatives to focus on high-value activities, such as prospecting and closing deals
