Position Details
Essential Tasks
- Develop and execute the organization’s AI vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with overall business goals e.g., enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Identify opportunities where AI can create competitive advantage, improve efficiency, or unlock new products and services.
- Work with the CEO, COO, and CIO to ensure AI initiatives and tools are integrated across all departments.
- Build and lead the organization’s AI governance framework, including policies for ethics, transparency, and compliance while monitoring potential risks of AI applications.
- Oversee AI development, implementation, and scaling across units.
- Partner with business units (Marketing, Sales, HR, Finance, Operations) to co-design AI use cases that drive measurable results.
- Establish and enforce ethical AI practices, ensuring fairness, privacy, and compliance with global data protection regulations.
Responsibilities
- Train and mentor internal teams to increase AI literacy across the organization.
- Define and track AI performance metrics and KPIs, such as ROI, model accuracy, adoption rate, and business impact.
- Produce executive reports that demonstrate the value creation of AI initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in data science, AI strategy, or technology leadership, including at least 3 years in an executive or senior management role.
- Proven record of deploying enterprise AI solutions with measurable business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of machine learning, NLP, data architecture, and automation technologies.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multi-million-dollar AI portfolios.
- Deep knowledge of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, AI Act).
