The CMO is responsible for driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through effective marketing initiatives.

Position Details

Essential Tasks

  • Develop and oversee PAE’s marketing strategy to align with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain a strong brand identity and good reputation.
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention through campaigns and promotions.
  • Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Use key performance indicators (KPIs) to track campaign effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with other departments to guide a unified approach toward customer service, distribution, etc., that meets market demands
  • Plan and organize marketing functions and operations (product development, branding, communications, etc.) and ensure they project the company’s unique “voice”
  • Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, public relations, and other marketing efforts across various channels (digital, press, etc.)
  • Build a highly efficient team of marketing professionals
  • Create a strong network of strategic partnerships
  • Live and promote the PAE mission, vision, and values

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as Marketing Manager or in a similar role
  • Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of market research methods and data analysis
  • Ability to apply marketing techniques in digital channels (e.g., social media) and non-digital channels (e.g., press)
  • Knowledge of different business disciplines (IT, finance, etc.)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and business software (e.g., CRM)
  • Leadership capabilities and both creative and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a relevant field; a master’s degree will be an advantage
