Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of PAE is responsible for overseeing the company’s IT needs, managing and optimizing the internal technological infrastructure and the company’s IT systems. Additionally, the PAE CTO is responsible for outward-facing technology and leads the organization’s technological innovation and strategy. Their objective is to leverage technology to create competitive advantages, often with a focus on products and customer experience.
The CTO works closely with other executives to establish business objectives and determine which technologies are needed to achieve them. Their work includes staying updated on new IT software and implementing necessary innovations across all departments.

Position Details
Essential Tasks
- Structure and optimize (technically and financially) the IT area.
- Manage and supervise technology projects.
- Lead process automation and resource scalability.
- Manage security of all company digital assets.
- Control quality of all technology projects.
- Ensure functioning of event access platforms.
- Ensure virtual events receive their access credentials on time and properly.
- Develop team dashboards in CRM together with Operations.
- Safeguard the accuracy of business data.
Responsibilities

- Collaborate with senior management and IT staff to develop the IT department budget
- Oversee contract negotiations with vendors, contractors, and IT service providers

Qualifications & Skills
- Demonstrate practical knowledge in both computer technology and management procedures
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering or other relevant field; graduate degree in IT management, project management or computer information systems, or Master of Business Administration (MBA) with emphasis in Information Technology is preferred
