It helps small business owners and service providers make confident, high-ROI decisions without overthinking or overbuilding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each opportunity is evaluated on a scale from 1 to 10 in the following three categories:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Strategic Value (S):<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong> How much this opportunity aligns with your core business goals\u2014such as saving time, increasing revenue, improving customer experience, or expanding capacity.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ease of Implementation (E):<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong> How simple and low-effort it would be to test or use this AI application\u2014especially using tools like ChatGPT that don\u2019t require integrations or complex setup.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Time to Results (T):<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong> How quickly you can see visible or measurable impact from using AI in this area (e.g., same-day, within a week, within a month).<br><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add up the scores or simply look for high-value opportunities that score well across all three categories.
