Executive Vice President (EVP)

As the second highest-ranking executive at Pasos al Exito (PAE), the EVP is co-responsible for leading PAE and supporting the General Manager. The EVP is responsible for representing, amplifying, and humanizing the organizational identity and culture, ensuring that both internal talent and the external market perceive a solid, attractive value proposition aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. This role acts as a bridge between brand, talent, and community, strengthening the organizational reputation as an employer of choice. The EVP plays a crucial role in aligning the brand, its products and services as a brand ambassador.

Position Details

Essential Tasks

  • Ensure that the brand narrative is aligned with organizational culture.
  • Actively promote the company’s culture and values at internal and external events.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, podcasts, webinars, social media and mass media. Be a spokesperson and model of cultural behavior.
  • Generate authentic content that reflects the PAE experience.
  • Deliver assigned sessions for millionaires and company conferences and workshops.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain active relationships with leaders, professional communities, universities, and allied organizations.
  • Identify positive visibility opportunities for the company as an employer brand.
  • Deliver strategic insights on reputation, culture, and positioning.
  • Live the PAE mission, vision, and values.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as EVP
  • Education in Communication, Marketing, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or related fields.
  • 8+ years of experience in branding, organizational culture, marketing or communications.
  • Storytelling skills, influence leadership, and assertive communication.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with different areas.
  • Knowledge of social media and digital communication tools.
  • Desirable: experience in community management or ambassador programs.
