The PAE AI Playbook is a strategic document that consolidates AI principles, policies, and processes to ensure responsible use, operational consistency, and strategic impact across all PAE areas.
It outlines five core areas:
1. Purpose and Mission
The playbook defines the mission of the AI area: to drive digital transformation, innovation, and efficiency by integrating AI solutions that enhance productivity, scalability, and client value.
The AI team focuses on leveraging technology to support business growth, optimize operations, and strengthen decision-making.
2. Policies
Core policies establish how AI is implemented, governed, and monitored across PAE. These policies outline standards for:
