The PAE Product/Production Playbook is a strategic document that standardizes key activities to ensure efficiency, alignment, and consistency in decision-making and KPI execution.
It outlines five core areas:
1. Purpose and Mission

- Rate of Errors or Revisions: Tracks how many reviews or corrections a course requires before launch, indicating the effectiveness of quality control.
- Cost of Production per Unit: Evaluates the resources invested to create a single unit (e.g., a course), ensuring efficient budget management.
- Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and Net Promoter Score (NPS): Measures user perception of product quality and relevance.
- Course Completion Rate: Indicates the percentage of students who complete a course, reflecting content quality and user engagement.
- Waste Rate: Indicates the percentage of materials or resources wasted, assessing efficiency and reducing unnecessary costs.
