• 1-on-1 sessions with advisors: Generate clear, constructive, and actionable feedback in real time.

• Weekly diagnostic: Analyze advisor performance (based on audits and prior feedback), identify improvement areas, and optimization opportunities.

• Report generation for leadership: Automatic weekly summaries with key quality metrics, trend identification, and improvement recommendations.

• Product Knowledge Audit: Ensure advisors are correctly communicating the products they sell (Taller Escala, Basic and Intermediate Coaching, Ingresos 360, Millonarios 360).

Frequency and context

• 1-on-1 feedback: 2 to 4 times per week per advisor (10 active advisors).

• Weekly diagnostic: Overall evaluation of advisor performance, trend analysis, and follow-up on improvement areas (weekly).

• Report generation: Full reports to leadership, including audit findings and performance metrics (weekly).

• Product knowledge audit: Perform an audit at every sales close.
